How do I set up an account?


From the Texas811 Training Portal at Texas811.training, select to Signup and then enter the required information to create your account.








How do I register for a course?


If you have not created your account with Texas811 Training yet, select the Courses tab from the Portal homepage, Texas811.training, then select the course you wish to take. You will then be requested to login or sign-up.







If you are already logged-in you can locate the course catalog on the right side of the screen.







Once inside the catalog, you can register for the course by selecting Get this Course.







I forgot my password/username, how do I restore it?


If you have forgotten your password or username, click on the Question Mark to the right of your password or username on the login page to follow the instructions.




I have a Registration Code, how do I enroll in a course?

 

Once inside the catalog, you can register for the course by selecting Get this Course.  On the Payment Page, there is an option to enter a Registration Code.




Once you enter your Registration Code, you will be required to click Validate to confirm the code.  Once the code is confirmed, select Get this Course.




What browsers are supported?


The Texas811 Training Portal is compatible with all modern browsers including Firefox, IE 9+, Chrome, Safari and Opera. It is also compatible with browsers of recent mobile devices (IOS and Android)

Whenever we detect an older browser we prompt the end-user to update the browser to get the best possible experience.

The decision to avoid old browsers was made to improve the quality, interface, stability and security of the final product since older browsers did not properly supported HTML5 among other standards. We strongly advise you to upgrade your browser anyway to enjoy a better internet experience.


What methods of payment are accepted?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

How do I purchase multiple trainings/credits for my employees?

 

To bulk purchase training, please contact support@texas811.training .  You will receive a Registration Code which will be valid for the number of training's purchased.  Your employees can then self-register for the training course and they will be requested to enter the Registration Code at time of enrolment.
